I visited the club on Friday the 22nd January 2016 and I was warmly welcomed by all club members. It may be a small club but it has a warm big welcoming heart. My son and I hope to become members of this club very soon.

Hi guys, nice to see that the small clubs are still successful. If we pass in our community boat we'll stop by to say hello. Kind regards, Skipper Bri

Please do stop, we are normally at home on Friday evenings, give us a call first so we can try and find a mooring for you - which is your boat?

Hi, someone contacted me this week about a possible mooring for my Atlanta 24. I was just wondering if you have have one available yet as I am wanting to move my boat down from Tamworth.

Many thanks,
Len.

Just browsing the web and spotted your website.

Sorry to hear of your troubles with the moorings and the possible demise of the club. I was a member once and I found the members were quite a friendly crowd.

Some may remember me. I was the bod with the little old white boat (when I washed it!) by the name of "Heron"

I still have the boat but use it on The Norfolk Broads and The Thames. A bit less work on locks!

Anyway, kind regards to anybody there who may remember me.

By the way, I bumped into Robby and Sue in their rather new narrowboat on the Thames a couple of years ago, send my regards to them if anbody still has contact with them.

Regards.

Alan.
